Do you currently have a diagnosis of moderate-to-severe major depressive disorder?
Is the duration of your current depressive episode greater than 6 weeks and less than or equal to 18 months?
Are you currently taking a single SSRI or SNRI, on an adequate and stable dose for at least 6 weeks, but experiencing an inadequate or partial response?
Are you between the ages of 18-65?
